You do not describe many issues that are related to the IP address and the website. For identifying a website and running, IP address isn’t enough.
Assume that you have one website, for example, stackexchange.com and it’s operated by an IP address which means it leads to duplicate content.
When users search for a keyword and find two websites for one keyword they will be confused on the other hand your search rank is destroyed. Do not make a website accessible by the IP address.
You need to do SEO of your website if you want a good search ranking and better performance.
